Sunny's Hair Extension Institute Classes Updates

This year we have been partnering with our Sunny's Stylists & Salons to master the latest techniques in Hair  Extensions.

There is such a huge demand for hair extensions.  Thanks to Wendy Williams, Kim Zolciak, Kim Kardashian and Dancing with the Stars we all realize that all of our favorite celebrities wear hair extensions and wigs to enhance their look.

If they look fab, we want a piece of the action.

Yet, we encounter so many disappointed and bewildered clients who can't believe that they can't find  a stylist who is thoroughly trained in hair extensions.

We value education at Sunny's and we think our Stylist taking these classes are amazing!

This year we will be partnering with two Salons to offer more education at more locations around Atlanta, GA.

Glambar Salon  and Studio 305 Salon in Buckhead have partnered with Sunny's Hair Extensions Institute to offer more chances to train, learn and have fun while doing it.

Our last class at Glam Bar was very hands on but super fun and in a spacious & beautiful place!

Product Spotlight: Natural Wave Indian Hair

Something must be in the air...we can't keep enough of Virgin Natural Wave Indian Hair in stock as of late.  Women are loving the effortless waves that this hair offers but what people love is how easy it is to wear straight.  The waves allow the hair to retain natural texture so that it blends well with their own hair.

Tips on Natural Wave Indian Hair:

  • Keep it clean:  If you use a gentle sulfate free shampoo with this hair (we heart Global Keratin Moisturizing Shampoo)  then you can use a small amount of extremely lightweight conditioner which you should rinse completely off and don't use a lot of hairspray, gels, lotions or leave in conditioners
  • If you want to wear the hair wavy you will need to refresh the waves with water and a paddle brush daily.  Another option is to wear the hair in two braids at night to ensure the hair's cuticles don't get frayed in the evening.
  • Don't go to heavy on the heat if you want this hair to last.  A flat iron is all you need to get the hair straight.  So pick your heat, either do a blowout or let the hair air dry and flat iron when finished.
