You can also have your hair extensions attached by the fusion or glue-in method. This will probably give you the most natural-looking results, but you should only have this done by a professional. It must also be completely redone every few months, and can be an expensive extension method. There can also be damage done to the natural hair in the process. 

Last but not least is the sewn-in weft option. These are sections of hair that are sewn into your natural hair. This method can be costly and time-consuming, but it can give good results.
